Hoop Dreams - Tony House laughs as he talks about the way-too-long road trip home from New Brunswick a couple of weekends ago.
Two vans carrying House, 10 basketball players, three coaches and a parent got stuck behind snowplows for much of the back stretch of the trip — from Montreal to Ottawa. What should have been a 10-hour journey from just outside Saint John took 15 hours. House joked: “Fifteen hours ... I should have been seeing palm trees.”
