​Canada Topflight Academy is pleased to announce that Ottawa, Ontario's JEVON WESTCARTH will be part of the CTA program for the 

2017-18 season.


​Jevon started playing basketball at the age of 9 with the Ottawa Boys and Girls Club Thunderbolts program. The 6'6 SG/SF is one of the more gifted players offensively and considered one of the best outside shooters in the region. Jevon helped Longfields Davidson Heights High School to a number of successful seasons and was selected to play in the respective all-star game 4 times in his career.


Westcarth has always played at a high level of club basketball, beginning with the Ottawa Phoenix in grades 7 and 8. In the 8th grade he also participated in the prestigious National Capital All-Star Elementary Classic. Jevon would then play three years for Coach House at Ottawa Elite winning a Division 1 Ontario Cup Provincial Championship in grade 10. Westcarth recently joined the Northern Kings to participate in various AAU events in the U.S and attended the Northpole Hoops Showcase event in Toronto where he scored 24 points in the Top 20 game.

Canada Topflight Academy welcomes Jevon to the program and to the CTA family.
