Canada Topflight Academy is pleased to announce that Chateauguay, Quebec's AIDEN BURNS will be part of the CTA program for the inaugural

2016-17 season.

Aiden is a small forward but can also play the stretch 4 position. He has a great shot and likes to shoot the 3. He began playing basketball at the age of 8, playing for his elementary school Howick Elementary. At the age of 12 Burns then went on to play for his high school team, the Chateauguay Valley Regional Spartans, where he won many championships and tournaments.

Aiden made the Quebec team 3 times playing U14, U15 and U17. He helped his team to a silver medal finish at the Canadian championships for the U15 division and also to a first place finish in an AAU tournament in Rochester NY. In grade 10 he decided to play for Brookwood Elite AAA in the West Island of Montreal.  He then returned to his high school for the grade 11 season.

Burns has won 2 M.V.P awards while playing with C.V.R. He has also won Athlete of the Year twice in grade 7 and once again in grade 8. Just recently he helped his U17 Quebec team to a first place finish in a tournament in Los Mochis, Mexico. Aiden is thrilled to be a part of this program!
